K-TECH & ALLIED GLOBAL SERVICES LTD is a Nigerian private company limited by shares, incorporated with the Corporate Affairs Commission on 9 September 2025 under the Companies and Allied Matters Act 2020. Our principal business activity is information and communication consulting.
Our core business is telecommunications and internet services: deploying and managing local, wide and metropolitan area networks and related ICT infrastructure. We are also registered to work in computer hardware and software, ICT training and consultancy, and a set of allied sectors.

Kabiru Abdullahi Isah is the founder of K-TECH & ALLIED GLOBAL SERVICES LTD, which he established to bring affordable internet to communities across Bauchi State. As Founder and Director, he leads the company’s vision and the growth of K.A.G WIFI and its Starlink-powered hotspots.
Director & Shareholder
Muhsin Aliyu is a Director and Shareholder of K-TECH & ALLIED GLOBAL SERVICES LTD and a key partner in the company’s growth. He leads the company’s hardware and technical operations, overseeing equipment installation, network infrastructure and maintenance across all K.A.G WIFI locations. His hands-on leadership ensures that every hotspot runs smoothly and that customers enjoy fast, reliable connectivity.
